Failed after 3 months but the support and warranty lives up to expectations. I think it was a rare outlier having a bad cell inside the battery, but we were impressed with the quick replacement. You will not be disappointed if you purchase. The stay on feature is great. Thank you for your help!

Perfect compatibility

Big upgrade over my 6 year old original battery, vacuum runs at least twice as long now! The trigger lock feature is also nice to have, the button is now more of a regular on/off switch. I wouldn't mind if the time to hold the button was less than 1 sec (like a half second maybe?), but still an upgrade in my opinion.

Worked perfectly

This battery is fantastic. I have a difficult time just running it down all the way. It says in the instructions to do that 5 times. Even vacuuming for several hours at a time as long as it’s on Eco. Love that I don’t have to keep the trigger pulled the entire time I’m vacuuming. Worth the money for me.

So far so good. Hasn't been a month quite yet. There is a delay of about a second or two, when first pulling the trigger. So unlike similar features on say power tools, this is either an "on or off" situation, which on my first use led to some swearing, thinking the battery didn't work, but after the aforementioned delay started up and has worked well. So far.

Great. It has a new feature where we don't have to hold the trigger button. Love that !

I'm so happy with this new battery. I like it better than Dyson's because it has auto on/off. I also love the fact that it came with 2 filters.

It works good, and powerful enough, it does the job, but I will not replace this type of trigger battery! My hand has nowhere to go except in the handle space where the on/off switch is and I keep shutting the thing off! Very annoying!

Works great a little uncomfortable when using the vacuum there's a piece of plastic that stands up .
