Products
All products sold on eloinnovations.com are premium replacement batteries and accessories compatible with Dyson vacuum cleaners. ELO Power Innovations is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dyson Ltd.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to all addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@eloinnovations.com. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
All ELO batteries come with a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please visit our Warranty Support page.
Limitation of Liability
ELO Power Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
